Information Technology Services Provider Adds Staff, Regional Office Locations
PITTSFIELD, Massachusetts — Anteris Solutions, Inc., an information technology Managed Services Provider (MSP), today announced that the company continued on a growth curve in 2016 with a 40% increase in staff, and adding two new regional offices. The company’s revenues have doubled over the three-year period ending Dec. 31, 2016.
Anteris builds seamless relationships with small to medium-sized businesses to ensure complete information technology (IT) and telecomm solutions. Providing personalized service and a broad spectrum of expertise throughout its national network, the company works closely with its customers to eliminate any technological barriers that impede their success.
“In a global marketplace where small companies compete on the same field with giant corporations, information technology levels that playing field,” said founder and President Tobias J. Casey. “Our 15 years of MSP experience provides leverage to small companies that need to conserve their resources and focus on their core business expertise.”
Anteris started 2016 with small offices in Lenox and Pittsfield, plus one remote office in Boston. During the year, the company added offices in Asheville, North Carolina, and Louisville, Kentucky, and upgraded its Pittsfield headquarters into a larger facility in the Intermodal Center on Columbus Ave. As part of its growth surge, the company promoted Nick Foss from Director of Accounts to the new position of Vice President of Business Development, and added Christopher Buono as Chief Information Officer.
Based in the Berkshire Hills of western Massachusetts, the company’s customers range from retail to public services to hospitality, and include the Red Lion Inn, Berkshire Regional Transit Authority, Soldier On, and the Haddad family of car dealerships.
“Much of the economy’s growth continues to come from small and medium-sized businesses,” Casey said. “We were fortunate to have such rapid growth in 2014 and 2015, allowing us to spend much of 2016 adding the resources we need to continue solving that sector’s growing needs.” The company maintained even revenues during 2016 while the company recruited technical and management staff and added the two new locations, he said.
Anteris’ services include hosting its customers’ business systems, proactive maintenance, comprehensive virus and malware protection, and responsive tech support so clients aren’t stymied by technical problems yet have what they need in order to do their best work.
The privately-held company also provides Internet-based telephony service which is technically more advanced, and at a lower cost, than traditional telephone systems. Internet-based telephony is preferred by many growing companies because it is easily scalable to grow seamlessly with its customers’ businesses.
